This 100-hour module will include:
- yoga philosophy
- meditation
- finding your voice
- practice teaching
- anatomy and physiology of the nervous system
Angela Melzer will be offering her expertise on meditation and neuroscience.
And Haramara will hold us in its wonderful, nurturing sanctuary.
The teacher training will coincide with a yoga retreat. Those in the training will have more instruction time to allow for a deeper exploration of this material.
This 100-hour module can be applied toward either the 200 or 300 hour teacher training tracks in the Steamboat Springs School of Yoga. Modules will continue to be offered and the program can be completed within one year.
