Schedule A Counseling Session

I am a mental health counselor and work with the group at Minds in Motion. Our team consists of a functional medicine physician, Psychiatric nurse practitioners, counselors and coaches with a broad variety of skill sets to treat the whole person who struggles with a mental health challenge. Our office is at the Fox Creek Commercial park at 1169 Hilltop Parkway #206A.

Please indicate on the schedule link your preference for in person/phone or video options. Please request a phone or video session with your provider and not coming in person if you have symptoms or have had symptoms or have been exposed to someone with COVID in the last 10 days.
